How long will it take to finish my cue?

We will always give the best estimate we can make for how long it will take to complete a cue, repair a cue or build one from scratch. But it is just that… an estimate. Sometimes things are completed earlier than expected. Often it takes longer than expected. I’m sorry but that is just the way it is with wood. Without sounding facetious it takes as long as it takes.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Standard Shipping with Online tracking is $35.00 USD per cue. We ship
WORLDWIDE. Online tracking information is available as soon as item reaches its Port of Destination. Kindly check customs policies in your home country to verify eligibility of our products. We are not responsible for a return on the item for this reason. We do not ship to APO/PO Boxes and penitentiaries (prisons). We ship only to the verified billing address.

We ship direct from our workshop at 50 Bridge Street, Nashua, NH 03060.
Delivery is expected within 5 days from ship date for U.S. orders.

Your home country's Customs may hold an item for a few days in their discretion.

Do consider the time zones and day differences regarding payment clearance business days and postal deliveries.

We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

RETURNS:
